Well...IE8 Beta didn't work so well with my Spanish program...so, I'll have to wait for a while to use that. :( Oh well.
J and I found this amazing coffee recipe. We've made it twice already and we only got the recipe yesterday!
Giada de Laurentiis made it. I've already pretty much memorized the recipe :D
Spiced Americanos with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar (it's right people, just try it)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup very hot water
1 cup espresso (very strong coffee)
Heat the water and sugar until it comes to a boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool for a minute or two before you add the ginger, allspice and cinnamon. Once you have the simple syrup all done, add the water and coffee.
Pour into mugs and add whipped cream to the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
